They will lead our respective clinics in providing dental care to their respective communities.
Dental Surgeons are responsible for the quality of care in the management of patients with dental conditions.
As part of the quality management, Dental Surgeons provide clinical mentorship and organize dental care at the clinics.
In addition to clinical care, they are required to carry out clinical audits and hold administrative/leadership duties as assigned.
Patient and staff safety are priorities with a keen focus on infection control.

Skills crucial to success in this role: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and rapport with patients & supporting clinical staff.
Passion in clinical quality, process improvement, mentoring junior clinicians, and leadership roles.

Compassionate and enthusiastic.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Able to commit to a 5.5 days' workweek (Monday - Saturday).
Preferred Qualifications: Basic Dental Degree from Singapore (i.e., BDS) or dental degree recognized by Singapore Dental Council.
Conditional / Full Registration with Singapore Dental Council.
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
