Delish Pizza is looking for a full time store manager to run our busy store in Kawerau.
This is a permanent full time position with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week, with requirements to work on weekends.
The store manager will be required to run the store without the need for supervision and verifiable management experience in a similar or relevant role is essential.
We would expect the successful applicant to have at least 1 year verifiable experience with a suitable qualification, or more experience without a qualification.
The store manager will be required to:

Open up and close up shop
Assign tasks to staff according to workload requirements.
Monitor stock levels and identify ordering needs.
Organize training sessions for new employees on best practices
Undertake hiring and staff management.
Resolve customer complaints.
Maintain updated records.
Create and manage plans to maximize profits and reduce loss.
Increase sales by optimizing in-store promotional strategies.

The ideal qualities we are looking for in the successful applicant are:

Professional attitude to work including punctuality, presentation, flexibility and reliability
Drug free
Good communication
Fits in with the team
Good references

The salary range for this position is between $28 ~ 36 per hour depending on experience.
Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or resident visa holders.
