Our tamariki love their visits to the local library to support early literacy development.
We believe in building strong relationships with tamariki and their whānau, and we encourage open communication and work together to support each child's growth and development.
About you: As our Centre Manager, you will have access to an excellent support network within the Busy Bees whānau, along with a Regional Manager who is committed to coaching and developing your success.
We value Professional Development for all our teachers and are committed to upskilling and growing your professional development.
As a passionate and experienced leader, you will wear many hats to allow you to manage in an ever-evolving environment and be adaptable to meet a variety of needs.
You will have a strong “on the floor” presence, providing mentoring and role modelling of exceptional teaching practice to the team.
You will be responsible for creating solid community relationships, compliance management, mentoring and driving exceptional standards of teaching, and making decisions which will drive the future focus for the centre, both in terms of environment and education.
