Adaptability: Navigate and manage priorities in a constantly evolving landscape, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
What We’re Looking For: Experience: 3-5 years in a client-facing role with substantial exposure to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Professional Services: Previous experience in a professional services environment is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficient in configuring Dynamics 365 CE, including form customisations, workflow, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Customer Engagement first-party apps such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Digital Contact Centre.
Business Analysis: Skilled in conducting workshops, developing user stories, and creating design documentation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to rationalize application issues, prioritise tasks, and understand supporting technologies.
Training Capabilities: Capable of delivering application training to both external clients and internal teams.
This role can be based in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin
