We are seeking a Strategic People Partner to work closely with senior leadership teams, including those in customer growth and finance, to drive people strategies that empower and align with business goals. In this generalist role, you'll be a trusted advisor, supporting leadership development, workforce planning, and organisational change initiatives across a range of business functions. You will partner with leaders to ensure people strategies are aligned with business objectives, while fostering a strong, adaptive culture that supports growth and innovation.
