Enterprise Architect

Overview Join to apply for the Enterprise Architect role at Tenzing Limited We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping technology strategy and driving architectural excellence across our organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring that technology decisions align with business objectives and modern engineering practices.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and technical teams to define target architectures, develop strategic roadmaps, and guide the adoption of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities Conduct architecture reviews and provide actionable recommendations to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
Deliver consultancy and advisory services to business and technology stakeholders on architecture best practices.
Develop IT strategy, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
Define target architectures aligned with modern engineering practices and cloud-native principles.
Lead and facilitate architecture and design workshops with stakeholders.
Explain enterprise architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical executives.
Investigate emerging technologies and approaches through presentations and proof-of-concepts.
Own architecture models and ensure governance across all architecture disciplines.
Required Skills and Experience15+ years in the IT industry, with 4–7 years in Architecture roles within large or complex environments.
Expertise in relevant domains and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
TOGAF Certification or Practitioner (desired).
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate effectively in diverse and complex environments.
Strong organizational skills to balance priorities across multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of Enterprise, Platform, and Solution Architecture distinctions.
Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks, methodologies, modeling, process design, requirements analysis, and end-to-end solution design.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills, including presentation and facilitation.
