Dynamic Multi-Store Manager Role with Growth Potential Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)Full time About the Role: Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career? As a Multi-Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving success across multiple locations.

What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring they run efficiently and profitably Lead, motivate and develop a team of store associates, providing coaching and training to drive performance Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer service and store operations Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation Collaborate with the regional management team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement Work closely with the head office to support marketing initiatives and merchandising activities What we're looking for2-3 years of proven experience in multi-store or store management, ideally in fashion or lifestyle retail.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams A strong track record of meeting sales budgets, achieving KPIs, and driving team performance.
