We specialise in the production and assembly of high-quality motorhomes with precision interior craftsmanship. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a skilled Joiner – Motorhome Interior Fit-Out Specialist to join our production team. Key Job Tasks  Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and installation specifications Prepare timber, laminated panels, plywood, and composite materials for motorhome interior fit-outs Cut, shape, assemble, and finish joinery components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery Install interior panels, bulkheads, cabinetry, furniture modules, storage compartments, trims, and cabin doors Accurately adjust prefabricated components to fit motorhome structures Integrate joinery components around electrical, plumbing, and structural systems Carry out repairs, modifications, and adjustments to existing interior fittings when required Perform finishing work including sanding, edging, trimming, alignment checks, and cleaning Ensure all work meets company quality standards and workplace health & safety requirements Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience as a joiner, cabinetmaker, carpenter, tiler, or in a similar interior fitting role Proficient with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools Strong understanding of joinery techniques, timber properties, and material-handling processes Experience installing cabinetry or interior fittings(motorhome, marine, or residential kitchen/bathroom fit-out experience highly regarded) Sound understanding of workplace health & safety requirements Personal Requirements  Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Good attention to detail and workmanship quality Able to work independently and within a team environment Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Physically fit and capable of handling manual work
