You'll be responsible for identifying new organisations to provide training to, as well as collaborating with our long-term partners to deliver programmes to new work groups.
Working closely with our Programme Managers who develop these training solutions.
As part of our dynamic team, you'll enjoy rapid advancement opportunities and the chance to participate in additional group-wide projects.
Based in Auckland, this role includes some travel within New Zealand and potential opportunities to work in Australia as we expand.

Who are we? Aspire2 Workplace Communication is NZ's largest provider of government-funded workplace literacy training, with a highly regarded reputation and an excellent track record of delivery.
Our purpose: To help businesses grow, by growing their people through providing customised workplace training programmes.
Ideal candidate: Has an existing established network with NZ's medium to large employers A mix of hunter and farmer (approx.
80% of the role is hunter, so you will not be afraid to cold call)Experienced in using a CRM system Able to build rapport and relationships with those from the factory floor to the CEO.
