Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our Auckland location.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
Sales Management: Drive sales to meet and exceed targets through effective merchandising, inventory control, and promotional activities.
Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Training and Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in home décor or a related field.
Suitable Diploma or higher qualification in relevant business or management field may substitute the experience required.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Sales Orientation: Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
