Lanyon & Le Compte Precast is currently seeking Formwork Carpenters to join our manufacturing site in Christchurch. This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week) with opportunities for overtime. Hourly Rate: $30–$32 per hour (depending on experience) The Role● Production of precast concrete panels, stairs, and other concrete products, including in-situ concrete work● Reading and interpreting building plans and technical drawings.● Working collaboratively with a team of skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.● Ensuring full compliance with all workplace health, safety, and building regulations. About You We are seeking applicants with the following:● At least 2 years of relevant experience, with high preference in precast construction,formwork for precast concrete units, in-situ concrete work, and/or steel fixing.● Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.● Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.● Strong teamwork skills and commitment to all health and safety requirements. Eligibility Applicants must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
