l Builds, designs, and maintains all websites and software applications.
l Regulates exposure to business stakeholders and executive management as well as other authorities.
l Designs writes and edits website content.
l Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
l Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
l Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as PHP, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and APIs.
l Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
l Plans and delivers software platforms and products across multiple organizational units.
Designs assignments with web services like REST, SOAP, etc.
l Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices.
l Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in study groups.
l Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.
 
Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree or higher qualification major in Computer Science or relevant qualification
AND
l Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Web/Software Developer or in a similar role.
l Experience in Java, C, Python, My SQL, Java Script, HTML, Matlab, would be an advantage
l Good knowledge of web services like REST, SOAP is preferable
l Must know: HTML, PHP, My SQL, CSS, Javascript
l Bonus/Optional: Word Press, Woo Commerce, Laravel, Vue
