EM Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our team in Hamilton. The ideal candidate will be customer-service focused, hardworking, and able to contribute to a smooth and welcoming dining experience. Key Duties Greet customers courteously, present menus and beverage options, and provide assistance as needed. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and back-of-house staff. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring orders are delivered correctly and meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, tables, counters, and service stations. Clear tables and return dishes, utensils, and trays to the kitchen promptly. Process payments, operate the POS system, and handle cash or digital transactions securely. Respond to customer queries, requests, and concerns in a polite and professional manner. Assist with preparing tables, setting up service areas, and replenishing supplies as required. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service. Monitor dine-in and takeaway orders to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols at all times. Support general business operations and perform other related duties as required. Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and you will be paid between $23.50 to $27 per hour. Requirements Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory. Flexible availability, including weekends and evening shifts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physically able to stand for extended periods. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent coordination, time management, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to quality service standards. Reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
