Core responsibilities:
1.
Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.2.
Carry out tasks such as pulling cables, mounting fixtures, and connecting wires under the supervision of experienced electricians.3.
Prepare work areas by setting up and arranging tools and materials needed for the job.4.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively to assist in completing electrical work.5.
Follow electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure work is performed correctly and safely.
Ensuring everyoneâs safety by complying with Companyâs Health and safety obligations.
Core Requirements
1.
High school diploma or equivalent.2.
Prior experience working in a similar role or construction environment is preferred.3.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.4.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.5.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.6.
Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.7.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in the electrical trade.8.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
The pay-rate will be from between 29.66 to 32.00 per hour
Minimum employment of 32 hours will be provided.
Clean Character background
Zero tolerance of alcohol and drugs in the workplace
