Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The Risk Manager Lead reports to Chief Quality, Safety and Risk Officer and will work as part of the Quality, Safety and Risk leadership team to help the organisation understand and proactively manage the risks to successful operation of Te Toka Tumai | Auckland and the delivery of its objectives.
The Risk Management Lead plays a crucial role in the execution of Health New Zealand’s risk management and assurance frameworks at Te Toka Tumai | Auckland.
In this role you will be responsible for: Ensuring the application of tools, advice, and guidance in a manner that maintains the quality, consistency, and relevance of practices within Te Toka Tumai's operations.
Provision of risk management guidance and advice for senior leaders at Te Toka Tumai | Auckland.
This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and sustainability within Te Toka Tumai's risk management framework.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in management, policy, health leadership, or similar field8+ years of experience in risk management or related discipline Knowledge of risk management in several sectors Experience with risk information systems Skilled in data analysis/statistics/forecasting and project work – planning Confident in change management We are Health New Zealand l Te Whatu Ora - Te Toka Tumai, Auckland.
