We are seeking a commercially focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Head of Finance to provide financial leadership, drive business performance, and support sustainable growth.
The Role As CFO/Head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, reporting, risk and compliance.
Key responsibilities will include the following: Overseeing and performing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to drive performance and profitability.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, and governance requirements.
Managing financial risks and internal controls to safeguard business integrity.
Providing commercial and operational insights to support decision-making.
Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and industry partners.
Identifying and driving process improvements, enhancing financial efficiency and business intelligence.
About You You are an experienced financial leader with the ability to drive business success in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
With strong financial acumen, commercial thinking, and the ability to engage and manage a range of stakeholders you will bring the following skills and experience; CA or CPA qualified, with significant senior financial leadership experience.
Capability to think strategically while actively engaging in hands-on tasks.
Strong background in financial strategy, governance, and risk management.
Experience in a manufacturing, forestry, or industrial sector preferred.
Proven ability to influence and drive commercial and operational improvements.
Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and cost control.
Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
