About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your legal career by joining our high-performing Corporate Commercial team, who work on some of the most exciting and dynamic corporate matters locally as well as nationally.
Work closely with Anne Mc Leod and Sarah Simmers gaining exposure to a diverse range of corporate matters, including capital raising, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, structuring and corporate advisory.
Deliver high quality work while being responsive, flexible and pragmatic in our approach, to find the best solutions for our clients.
Have a supervising partner to guide your development, a buddy to support your transition into your legal career, and access to excellent learning opportunities.

About you
This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is looking to start their career in Corporate Commercial law.
As a new graduate you will bring a strong academic transcript and a genuine passion for this area of the law.
Show self‑awareness and interpersonal skills needed to thrive in a collaborative and fun team environment.
Demonstrate ambition and drive to succeed and grow as a Corporate Commercial lawyer.
