The role will focus on driving our business forward in our growth market of AU given positive legislative changes (like FOGO) to increase waste diverted from landfills. The Method system is design led and through considered design we can drive behaviour change. This change has a positive impact on the planet and makes businesses more efficient.
Key responsibilities
Plan, create and schedule engaging content across our social channels, website and email, keeping a consistent brand voice and visual identity throughout Write compelling copy for campaigns, product launches, blog posts, EDMs, internal resources and social captions that connects with our audience and drives engagement Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and wider team to bring content and campaign strategies to life, from concept through to execution Manage content calendars and campaign timelines using project management tools, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners (designers, photographers, agencies) to keep everything on track and on brand Keep a finger on the pulse of social and digital trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping the team stay ahead of the curve Support end-to-end brand and media campaigns, helping translate strategy into content that performs About you 1-3 years' experience in a similar content, social or marketing role Strong copywriting skills with an eye for tone, detail and brand consistency Solid understanding of the social and digital landscape, including platform trends and best practice A great communicator who can collaborate confidently across teams and with external partners Experience with project management tools (e.g. Notion, Google Suite), design tools (e.g Canva or Figma) and email marketing tools (i.e Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Brevo) desirable
- must be comfortable working across platforms to keep campaigns and content organised Exposure to managing end-to-end brand or media campaigns is a plus (hands-on media buying not required) A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications
