Collada is a boutique architecture partner.
We exist to support leaders in uplifting and delivering architecture capability, typically in highly transformational contexts.
We have multiple clients who are going to be undertaking transformation initiatives over the coming 18 months.
As part of the initiatives, we need to scale up our capability to support those.
For these opportunities we will primarily be looking for architects who have a deep dive in the application and integration domains.
We have clients across multiple industries including telecoms, financial services, insurance, media.

Role: Solution Architect / Principal Architects / Senior Solution Architects
Location: Auckland, Wellington
Start Date: These engagements could start between Mid December - Late Feb.
If you are looking for something between that time feel free to apply
Rate: $140ph - $160ph (depending on the industry and client)
Overview of upcoming programmes:
Large-scale ERP implementations and core platform upgrades
Sales enablement and CRM transformation initiatives
Finance modernisation programmes, including process automation and compliance improvements
Insurance system enhancements and digital channel development
Customer experience and engagement-focused projects
Data integration and analytics initiatives to improve insights and decision-making
Cloud adoption and migration programmes across multiple industries
Enterprise application modernisation and integration work
Potential regulatory and risk management transformation projects
Cross-industry digital transformation initiatives with high complexity and scale
Key qualities of a Collada Associate:
Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
Front footed.
You will need to take the initiative and make things happen
Collaborative, share your knowledge and experience with others.
It is how ideas grow and improve.
Build excellent stakeholder relationships
Ability to communicate concisely, in both written and verbal forms.
Easy going, and someone who others warm to quickly
