D&D Professional Painters Limited Introduction:
D&D Professional Painters Limited, established in early 2023, is an Auckland-based painting company specializing in delivering high-quality painting solutions to our clients.
Due to growing business demand, we are seeking to hire an experienced painter to join our team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Scaffolding and Surface Preparation

Erect scaffolding and ladders to ensure safe access to work areas.
Protect adjacent areas from paint splattering by using drop sheets.
Prepare surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper.
Repair woodwork, filling holes and cracks to ensure a smooth surface.
Seal surfaces to provide a uniform base for the new finish.

Painting and Finishing

Select and prepare paints, varnishes, or stains to achieve the desired colors and finishes.
Apply coatings using appropriate tools, such as brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Hang wallpaper, carefully matching patterns and trimming edges precisely.

Maintenance and Cleanup

Clean equipment and work areas thoroughly after completion.
If necessary, repair windows or replace glass in wooden or metal frames.

The minimum qualification and work experience requirements:
·       At least three years of relevant work experience OR
·       At least relevant NZQF Level 4 qualification 
Other skills required:

Attention to details
Good time management
Good communication skills
Awareness of relevant health and safety regulations
Being able to work in the early morning and during weekends
