Mc Indoe Log Transportation is on the hunt for a permanent full-time Class 5 Truck Driver to join our team servicing Gisborne and the wider East Coast region. Whetheryou’re an experienced driver wanting a change of scenery or someone eager to growtheir skills, this role offers solid career development and the chance to be part of aprofessional, supportive fleet of drivers. What we offer A fleet of 9 modern Kenworth trucks (with more on the way) – all top of the lineand a pleasure to drive A fully equipped workshop onsite to ensure our trucks are maintained at thehighest standard Work that includes servicing three of our own forestry crews, as well assupporting well-known forestry companies across the region with a minimum of40 hours per week guaranteed. A competitive hourly rate of $30- $40 per hour based on experience & skills Room to grow with further opportunities within the company About you You hold a Class 5 license with more than 12 months experience (log truckexperience preferred but not essential) You must be safety-focused, very reliable, and committed to getting the job done You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test You enjoy working independently but also being part of a team that’s got yourback This is an exciting chance to work with a respected company in the Gisborne forestryindustry, with steady work, career opportunities, and the chance to drive some of thebest gear on the road.
