With ambitious growth targets, the company seeks a highly accomplished Executive team member to lead their IT function.
The Opportunity (Your new Job)As the Head of IT, you will be responsible for leading a local IT team with additional support provided from offshore resources.
You will assess the current IT environment and design a roadmap that aligns with the company vision.
Post-transformation, the IT function should operate as a highly efficient, service-oriented model that can easily scale as the business grows.
The Successful Applicant Will hold a tertiary qualification in IT or Business management.
Has trained in IT project management and holds relevant certifications.
Comes with experience leading an IT function or is an accomplished and well-rounded second-in-command looking to take the next step up.
Is commercially astute with the financial acumen to manage an IT budget.
Can demonstrate an ability to think strategically and engage 'C' level executives.
Brings established business relationships and knowledge of the IT vendor/outsourcing sector.
Has delivered successful transformation programs for medium to large companies.
