Drive Quality: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Innovate: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Champion Agile: Promote and coach Agile methodologies within the team, ensuring continuous improvement of Agile practices.

Requirements: Proven experience in QA leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A passion for quality and continuous improvement.
You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori.
You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
