Senior Business Analyst July 5, 2024 Our client is a leading player in the insurance industry who are seeking a contract Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month initial engagement (with high change of extension).

About the Role: This pivotal role involves managing a complex compliance project (Uplift required for compliance with Conduct of Financial Institutions - Co Fi) with multiple work streams and stakeholders.
The Business Analyst will ensure the successful delivery of compliance initiatives, aligning with industry standards and the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct process mapping to identify and implement compliance enhancements.
Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Lead workshopping sessions to gather requirements and embed new processes.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry (or financial services/banking).
Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with workshopping and embedding new processes.
Ability to manage complex compliance projects with multiple stakeholders.
Effective communication skills for reporting to Steerco and ELT.
Drive compliance excellence and make a significant impact in the insurance sector.
