Career progression and development in this role, alongside a competitive hourly rate and a family focused team. Our client is a privately owned contractor who specialise in all drainage aspects, water, sewer, storm water, with a strong forward workload and plenty of exciting, large projects coming up throughout 2025 / 2026 A role has become available for a Drainage 2 IC to join their team and make the role their own.  What we offer:

 Role requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position, leading a small team.
Or a skilled Drainlayer / Drainage Operator looking to develop their skillset. 
Experienced laying Gravity mains, 3 Waters
Experienced working on civil and earthworks sites
Read and interpret plans, liaising with clients and Project Managers on site when required.  
WTR - experienced operating excavators, working around shields and deep drainage (is beneficial) 
Class 4 - (beneficial) 
Physically fit, ready to get stuck in, ability to work to timeframes.
