Job Title: Stone Mason Location/Region: Queenstown Number of Positions for this Job: 1 Employment Type: Permanent Days Required: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required Hours per Week: minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed (max 50 hours)Hourly Rate or Salary Band: $30 - $32 per hour depending on experience and skills
Job Description: We are seeking skilled Stone Masons to join our team in the beautiful region of Queenstown.
The successful candidates will be involved in a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Cutting, shaping, and installing building stones
Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
Repairing and maintaining stone structures
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to safety guidelines
Occasional travel to different sites within the region may be required
Job Pre-requisites:
At least three years of relevant work experience
Proven technical competency as a Stone Mason
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Good communication skills
Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as required
