Mō te tūnga | About the role We are a tertiary centre with an immediate vacancy for a locum Cardiologist.
General Cardiology cover is required.
A subspecialty interest is not required but we will consider any subspecialty interest that you might bring.
The position could be full or part time.
Duration will be negotiated but could be into 2026.
As a Cardiology Consultant, you will be responsible for the comprehensive care of both inpatients and outpatients within the field of general Cardiology.
Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering specialised care across a diverse range of Cardiology cases.
Your role will involve active participation in a collaborative team, contributing to clinical practice.
You will work at Christchurch Hospital and in our outreach clinics.
