We have an exciting opportunity to join our Auckland-based Property Finance team. Focused solely on commercial property lending for investment or development, you will be responsible for proactively and directly communicating with a portfolio of high-value property investment and development clients.

You will work closely with the Portfolio Manager, preparing credit submissions for new and existing clients, as well as reviewing and managing ongoing business while contributing to the growth of the portfolio by developing your own networks.

This is a full-time permanent position based at ASB's beautiful North Wharf building, with flexibility to work from home some days.

To add value to our high-performing team, you'll be someone with strong financial acumen, property finance or financial accounting experience, the ability to interpret financial reports, and a keen interest in property and expanding your commercial lending skills.

A bachelor's degree in property, accounting, or finance is preferred.

If you have an interest in property and strong financial literacy or a background in commercial lending and credit management, then we would like to hear from you. Strong communication and relationship management skills (both internal and external) will be beneficial as you drive your career and develop deep knowledge in property finance for development and investment clients.
