What You'll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:
  • Are you experienced in contract support and administration, with at least 2 years' experience who has worked alongside operational teams.
  • Performance and accuracy are top of mind, and you take pride in a job well done.
  • You are someone who understands workflow and can deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You enjoy being part of a successful team who likes to have a bit of fun from time to time.
  • IT skills will be one of your many strengths and Microsoft Office intermediate to advanced Excel and Word is a requirement for this role with Microsoft BI experience a bonus.
  • You must be able to prioritise your workload and have effective communications skills at all levels of the business.
  • Effectively managing claiming and invoicing activities which includes debtor management.
  • Supporting the Contract Delivery Manager with financial analysis for continuous improvement and contract compliance.
  • Engaging and supporting sub-contractors with accurate claiming and payments.
  • Using Power BI and other Microsoft products to produce accurate contract reports.
  • Continual focus on improving Client and Citycare contract reporting.
  • Working full-time 40 hours between Monday – Friday with no day the same.
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support and mentoring to aid personal development.
