About the role:

Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment? This varied role offers you the perfect opportunity to utilise and develop your skills in the Hearing Care industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Clinic operations: Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
2. Reception duties: Be the welcoming face of our clinics, handling all reception responsibilities.
3. Diary management: Efficiently manage the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
4. Administrative tasks: Process insurance applications, government subsidies, and ACC claims.
5. Data management: Run daily reports through our CRM system to keep everything on track.
6. Technical skills: Perform in-house hearing aid repairs with full training provided.
7. Community engagement: Participate in local marketing initiatives to promote our services.

About you:

You have a genuine desire to help people, offering exceptional service and care to every client.

You are eager to develop your knowledge in Audiology, with the potential to train as a Tele Assistant.

You are confident in working autonomously and thrive in a team environment, adapting easily to different clinic settings and team dynamics.

You possess a high level of general computer literacy, enabling you to efficiently manage various administrative tasks.

You have an interest in participating in local marketing initiatives, actively engaging with the community to promote our services.
