This pivotal role supports sound decision-making across legal, commercial, strategic, and risk-related matters, contributing directly to the achievement of organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert legal advice across a broad range of matters
  • Ensure the organisation remains compliant with applicable legislation, regulations, and internal policies
  • Represent the organisation in legal proceedings, negotiations, and stakeholder discussions
  • Draft, negotiate and review a wide variety of legal documents and contracts
  • Shape legal strategies to identify and mitigate risks while supporting strategic initiatives
