Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Sales Director to lead our sales and marketing team, drive revenue growth, and expand our network. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in Direct Selling sales and leadership who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive profitable growth across all New Image International countries, with a strong emphasis on impactful marketing strategies.
  2. Increase sales within the multilayer market and affiliate channels.
  3. Engage with field leaders to build and maintain strong relationships.
  4. Enhance interaction with other markets to promote brand awareness and growth.
  5. Guide, advise, and support new country openings.
  6. Create and implement comprehensive sales plans and marketing strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach.
  7. Develop and deliver the Global Marketing Plan.
  8. Increase the company's PR opportunities and provide advice and support to the company's social media and digital communications program.

This is a Permanent – Full Time position available working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. This role will require some flexibility for travel. You will be part of a team based in Auckland, reporting to the New Image CEO.

You Will:

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  2. Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance.
  3. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  6. Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term strategies.
  7. Build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  8. Be customer-centric and understand and prioritize customer needs and preferences.
  9. Be solution-focused and able to keep a level head in stressful situations.
  10. You are passionate about sales, marketing, and leadership.
  11. Previous experience in the Direct Selling industry or similar is a requirement.
  12. A minimum of 7 years' experience leading sales or/and marketing teams.
  13. A degree in Marketing or Sales.
  14. Knowledge of Direct Selling Compensation Models.
  15. Good management and interpersonal skills.
  16. Strategic leadership to unify cross-country teams and amplify NII's message.
  17. Sales-driven execution with a framework for measurable results.
  18. Collaborative engagement to share best practices and strengthen market presence.
  19. Experience in developing deep business relationships with key high-value customers.
  20. Ability to work with entrepreneurial-minded individuals and help them adopt change.
