About the role

As Marketing & Events Coordinator you'll support our marketing team in lead generation, brand awareness, and event initiatives. From running multi-channel campaigns to delivering engaging events, you'll play a pivotal role in helping us connect with our audience and grow our impact.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and optimise CRM, CMS, and email automation
  2. Create and schedule content across social media and digital platforms
  3. Work with design tools like Canva and Adobe to produce engaging marketing assets
  4. Plan and coordinate online and in-person education events
  5. Manage event logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-ups
  6. Collaborate with speakers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery
  7. Develop pre and post-event marketing strategies to maximise engagement and lead capture
  8. Track and report on campaign and event performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  9. A/B test content, email subject lines, and ads to optimise conversions

What we're looking for

  1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and event coordination
  2. Hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, and email marketing platforms, HubSpot preferred
  3. Design skills in Canva (Adobe Suite, Photoshop or InDesign would be a bonus)
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and events
  5. A results-driven mindset—comfortable working with metrics and OKRs
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
