Our client is a local MNC company specializing in water and wastewater solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage water and wastewater treatment projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, construction, HSE) to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects.

  • Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.

  • Oversee the Group's contract management, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant project governance frameworks.

  • Prepare and present project reports, KPIs, and updates to senior management and external stakeholders.

  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Lead process troubleshooting and performance monitoring of water treatment plants.

  • Ensure all projects and operations meet local, national, and international regulatory standards, including environmental and safety regulations.

  • Liaise with environmental agencies, regulatory bodies, and clients on compliance, reporting, and permitting matters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

  • Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, CITPM, etc.) is preferred.

  • Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in project execution.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
