Job Description

About the Role:

  • Assist with day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery
  • Manage parent and school liaison
  • Assist staff and your team members

Hours of work:

10+ hours per week (Monday - Friday only) rostered between our Before & After school programmes schedule.

  • Before school hours (you may sometimes be rostered to work at this shift on the absence of a Programme Manager): 7am - 8.30am
  • After school hours: from/ between 2.30pm - 6pm.
  • Holiday Programme Hours available from/between 7am - 6pm.

Location of work: Torbay school, Auckland.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspire them to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.
  • Previous experience working with children or working in the childcare/education sector.
  • Previous experience in organizing before and after school programs is highly beneficial.
  • A strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.
  • A strong team player.
  • A Valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.
  • In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years can be considered for this role.
