Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing
  • Providing learner support – Managing multiple cohorts of real estate learners, tracking their engagement, and ensuring they stay on track.
  • Delivering pastoral care – Supporting students in their first week of enrolment, checking in on progress, and offering guidance when they need extra help.
  • Facilitating learning – Running weekly cohort-based sessions and responding to queries about assessments, deadlines, and course requirements.
  • Marking assessments – Providing detailed, constructive feedback that helps learners improve and progress.
  • Monitoring progress – Identifying learners who need additional support and proactively stepping in to assist.
Desired Skills and ExperienceIs this you?
  • You have experience or a qualification in L4 Residential Property Management or L4 Salesperson Qualifications (both preferred but not essential).
  • You've completed Unit Standard 4098 (Assessment of Learners) or are willing to obtain it.
  • You have experience in student advising, educational support, training, or a similar role.
  • You're organised and confident managing multiple learner groups at once.
  • You're a strong communicator who can provide clear guidance and support.
  • You understand progress tracking, reporting, and learner engagement strategies.
