MASH Trust are a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services. We have services throughout the lower North Island with over 550 staff and volunteers.

We work as one team, empowering each other to promote community inclusion and self-determination for those we walk alongside.

The Positions:

We have casual positions available supporting people in the community to deliver and support them with their prescribed daily medication requirements in Palmerston North. Support Workers come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences, but all have one thing in common, the desire to enable others to develop resilience and move forward with their recovery.

These casual positions are working on an as and when required basis in Palmerston North.

Skills and Experience:

  • A passion for people, be patient, friendly and kind
  • The ability to understand, communicate and connect with people
  • Professionalism, honesty and be a reliable team player with a flexible approach
  • Energy, enthusiasm and enjoy being part of a team
  • Full NZ Driver Licence
