Part Time (20 Hours)
Join a busy team and be the person who keeps everything moving
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales PA to join a busy and supportive real estate team.
This is a part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with people and making sure everything is taken care of behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with a team of agents, providing support across administration, marketing, customer communications and day‑to‑day organisation.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go-to person helping the team stay organised and on top of what needs to be done. From preparing marketing and listing material to coordinating Open Home requirements, helping with customer communications and supporting social media, you’ll have plenty of variety in your week.
You’ll also help keep regular tasks and deadlines on track, while jumping in to support the team with ad‑hoc requests when things get busy.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need extensive real estate experience. We’re looking for someone who is organised, switched on and confident using technology, with a great eye for detail.
You’ll be someone who:
- Takes initiative and gets things done
- Can manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Communicates confidently and enjoys working with different people
- Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Takes pride in producing polished, professional work
- Works well independently but enjoys being part of a team
