What the Role Looks Like: We're looking for an experienced Class 4 Driver to join our highly skilled and dynamic team, operating a top-notch fleet.

This is a Curtainsider role based in Nelson, 5 days per week with weekend work when required.

The role will also involve some forklift work unloading linehaul units and delivery of freight within the region. Tail lift deliveries required at times with occasional Saturday work. The candidate must be clean and tidy with good habits around in-cab presentation. Flexibility is required to suit business and seasonal needs.

Your attention to safety, maintenance, and vehicle operation will reflect the high standards our loyal customers and suppliers expect.

Work Pattern: Full-time, permanent role with a regular roster:

  • Dayshift
  • Monday – Friday, with some weekend work when required.
  • Average shift: 10–12 hours

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Class 4 Licence (or equivalent) with 2 years of experience
  • F and DG endorsement and OSH Certificate (preferred, but not essential)
  • Good geographical knowledge of the Nelson/Tasman region
  • Confidence navigating narrow rural roads and gravel terrain
  • Day and night shift experience – you're flexible and reliable
  • A knack for learning new technology – show us your adaptability
  • A passion for teamwork and customer service – we want to hear about your favourite moments
