About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at Abano Healthcare as our Head of New Patient Acquisition Marketing This newly restructured role will drive growth for some of the top dental brands across Australia and New Zealand. If you're a marketing genius with a knack for patient acquisition, recruitment marketing, and data-driven decision-making, this Trans-Tasman team lead role is your chance to shine

What You'll Do:
  • Shape the Future: Craft data-driven marketing strategies that bring new patients through the door.
  • Digital Rockstar: Lead online campaigns that slay across SEO, PPC, social media, and more
  • Above-the-Line Wizardry: Manage TV, radio, print, and outdoor campaigns to create buzz.
  • Team Leader Extraordinaire: Build and inspire a talented marketing team to hit big goals.
  • Analytics Guru: Dive deep into data, creating dashboards and reports that drive smart decisions.
  • Recruitment Dynamo: Collaborate with HR to attract top talent through innovative recruitment marketing.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or dental is a major plus)
  • Master of digital marketing and Above-the-Line (ATL) channels.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Data-driven thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
