Reporting to the General Manager, ANZ, you'll be at the forefront of our "Next Wave of Growth" strategy, tasked with doubling business revenue within three years. This is your opportunity to:

  1. Lead a transformative integration: Merge two strong brands into a cohesive, high-performing entity, ensuring both Davey and Waterco thrive.
  2. Drive market expansion: Develop and execute a powerful go-to-market strategy to capture significant market share in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
  3. Be a hands-on leader: Roll up your sleeves, leverage your sales expertise, and lead your team to exceed targets.
  4. Own the P&L: Manage the New Zealand operation (excluding cost of goods), driving financial discipline and profitability.
  5. Build strong relationships: Cultivate partnerships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
  6. Champion customer excellence: Ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  7. Grow the Swimart franchise: Collaborate with the Franchise Manager to expand our franchise network.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and communicate a compelling regional strategy aligned with global business goals.
  2. Lead the integration of Davey Water Products and Waterco, ensuring both brands maintain their strengths.
  3. Drive sales and market growth through strategic planning and execution.
  4. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, taking calculated risks to accelerate growth.
  5. Manage the New Zealand P&L, focusing on profitability and financial discipline.
  6. Oversee operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery.
  7. Lead, mentor, and develop the New Zealand team to achieve high performance.
  8. Support the growth and development of Swimart franchises in New Zealand.
  9. Ensure compliance with legal and WHS requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or 10+ years of senior leadership experience.
  2. Relevant industry experience from water industry, water treatment, pool & spa or adjacent industries.
  3. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  4. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
  5. Excellent strategic communication and leadership & team management skills.
  6. Experience in managing complex change and business integration (advantageous).
  7. Experience in franchise operations, sales, and P&L management (advantageous).
