We are looking for a highly organised and creative Digital & Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will manage social media, email marketing (EDMs), website updates, content creation, and marketing coordination activities. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

What you'll do
  • Social Media Management – Plan and schedule posts, create engaging content, monitor performance, and manage ad campaigns.
  • Email Marketing (EDMs) & Automation – Develop, schedule, and optimise email campaigns in Marketing Cloud, managing data extensions and automation.
  • Website & SharePoint Management – Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO alignment, and functionality.
  • Content Creation – Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
  • Video Editing & Digital Content – Edit videos and create multimedia assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Coordination – Support trade shows, webinars, and internal communications; maintain promotional assets and approval workflows.
What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years in marketing, content creation, or marketing coordination or equivalent roles.
  • Strong copywriting, content planning, and social media management skills.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, CRM (Salesforce), SharePoint, and website CMS.
  • Basic video editing and graphic design experience is a plus.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
