Are you an experienced Business Analyst passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions? Join our Project Delivery office within the Information Technology Services (ITS) department and play a crucial role in the success of our ICT programme.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the business analysis discipline, ensuring best practices are followed while aligning business solutions with the University's strategic goals. You will mentor a talented team, collaborate with stakeholders across the University, and drive continuous improvement to deliver robust, effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include defining project scope, developing business cases, conducting business needs analysis, and ensuring solutions align with the University's strategic objectives.

Salary and Work Hours:

Salary will be in the range of $109,516 to $120,425 per year based on skills, knowledge, and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.

You are a skilled Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in complex environments. You specialise in business process mapping, eliciting both functional and non-functional requirements, and have experience in change management. You have worked in an Agile and structured development environment, you're proficient with Microsoft suite. You bring strong communication, problem-solving, and soft skills, including negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution, driving impactful change.

The Information Technology Services (ITS) Division is responsible for the coordination of information and communications technology (ICT) planning for the University, the delivery of robust, reliable core ICT infrastructure and enterprise systems, and the provision of professional ICT consultancy and customer-focused support services.
