The Role

This is a busy and varied position dealing with a set schedule of work and reactive work coming in for our residential maintenance team.

As an Administrator, you will be allocating relevant jobs to the appropriate trades, dealing with internal and external customers, answering queries, and ensuring the work has been delivered. This position will be working across a couple of different systems, including a bespoke Works Management System (WMS) so you will be adept at picking up new systems.

You will be ensuring the work has been carried out to standard, problem-solving, and able to see the full picture and 'get above the detail' to effectively deal with time-sensitive KPIs.

There is an experienced and tightly knit team that will provide ample training and support to you, fostering a strong collaborative environment. We are seeing continued growth nationwide and this role has a vast amount of progression opportunities with it and an opportunity to develop into other parts of the business.
