Join our dynamic Supply Chain team as Logistics Coordinator based at our HQ in East Tamaki. As our Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational execution of 3PL. You'll provide business support for master data processes, governance and policies.

In this role, you will:

  1. Ensure the accuracy of Warehousing & Distribution data: volumes, costs, accrual vs invoice, KPI management
  2. Overview of daily inventory processes
  3. Manage cost control of warehousing and distribution activities, including in-depth analysis of cost development
  4. 3PL: Coordinate monthly meeting to review KPI's and service level and transport management of in and outbound distribution
  5. Support implementing of Master Data required systems on a local level
  6. Analyse data to monitor performance and to plan improvements and demand
  7. Manage customer IDocs, ensuring they are received, logged, investigated, resolved, and reprocessed in the ERP system
Qualifications

For this role as a Logistics Coordinator we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or a related discipline, including 3PL
  2. Experience working within FMCG – nice to have
  3. Knowledge of and experience in Order to Cash processes
  4. Experience working with ERP systems i.e. SAP
  5. Excellent understanding of EDI systems: Knowledgeable in Electronic Data Interchange systems and their applications.
  6. Strong ability to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
  7. Excellent computer skills: Proficient in using various computer applications.
  8. Competent in using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools – Must have intermediate level experience
  9. Relationship management with 3PL providers
