Sharp Tudhope Lawyers have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to join our busy practice.

Our property team is involved in a range of matters including development work, subdivisions, the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties, leasing and general asset planning work for a range of clients from first home buyers to major developers and large companies.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Has at least 4 years' PQE working in property law across the following areas: residential and commercial transactions, banking and finance, leasing, subdivisions, trusts and wills.
  2. Is pro-active, ambitious, results driven and a team player with great communication and personal skills.
  3. Has excellent document drafting skills and attention to detail.
  4. Has excellent analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
  5. Has the ability to leverage referral relationships and turn those into business opportunities.
  6. Is willing to assist in the mentoring of junior lawyers.
