As a Roster Application Development Lead, you'll be responsible for system administration and leading ongoing improvements to the Kronos (UKG Pro) application. Your work will ensure the system aligns with business and strategic goals while also providing support to the Roster Applications Specialist.

Some of the role's accountabilities include:

  • Review, analyse and assess product enhancements (current and upcoming)
  • Performing systems administration
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and plan for delivery to meet business or technical goals
  • Facilitate the delivery of product enhancements and provide testing support

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as well as:

  • Significant experience in roster systems administration, preferably with UKG Pro (Kronos) or a similar system
  • Strong analytical and data skills to organise and understand information from a variety of inputs
  • Strong understanding of how to logically manage information documents and store for wider user reference
  • Strong ability to prepare training material and deliver training to differing levels of knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent knowledge of the various testing practices and an ability to prepare and manage plans to a timeline
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and its functions, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office

This role requires the ability to travel, as requested. For this reason, you will need a full New Zealand driver licence for this role.
