About The Role
Working as part of a team we are seeking a Part-Time Customer Care Specialist to work at our Greenlane Clinic and join our fun and supportive team. The role will be 24 hours per week, working 3 days per week.

Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Booking appointments for our patients using our state-of-the-art reservation system - Karisma to maximise clinic efficiencies.
  • Informing our patients of procedural requirements prior to their visit & quoting relevant fees to patients.
  • Liaising with health professionals to co-ordinate the arrival of patients for their bookings.
  • Preparing patients for scans, positioning and assisting patients.
  • Assisting health professionals to conduct procedures including patient consents.
  • Preparing rooms for scans.
  • Maintaining high level of health standards in the department.
  • Working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Receptionists, Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers, and administrative staff.

About You

  • Previous medical receptionist experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to show patients care, compassion, and empathy.
  • Detailed understanding of medical imaging terminology.
  • Excellent time management skills in order to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • EFTPOS and cash handling skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
