We’re looking for an experienced freight forwarding professional to join a busy freight team.
What really stands out about this role is the variety. You’ll be managing a diverse mix of import and export shipments, customers, overseas offices and service providers, so there’s always something different happening and plenty to keep you busy.
You’ll also have plenty of ownership. From receiving a booking through to tracking the shipment, arranging delivery and keeping the customer informed, you’ll be involved in the full process and will play an important part in making sure everything runs smoothly.
The team is a big part of the appeal too. It’s a busy environment, but there’s a great team culture and plenty of support.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for managing import shipments from booking through to delivery, along with a smaller volume of export shipments, across both air and sea freight.
What we’re looking for
You’ll have solid experience in freight forwarding, with a good understanding of import operations.
- Understands the import freight forwarding process
- Is confident dealing with customers, overseas offices, agents and service providers
- Has experience with both air and sea freight
- Is comfortable using CargoWise
- Is organised and able to manage multiple shipments and priorities at once
- Communicates well and keeps customers and stakeholders in the loop
- Is proactive and enjoys solving problems
- Builds genuine relationships with customers and suppliers
