Our Customer Care team is on a transformation journey to modernise our operating environment, which includes ensuring our processes are efficient. As an Operations Lead, you will lead and implement continuous improvement to uplift delivery of care to our customers. This includes the use of systems and processes by the team.

In this role you will also:

  1. Drive continuous improvement through identifying process, systems and workflows that can be optimized and embedding changes.
  2. Define and document, test and implement new and changes to technology systems.
  3. Support the wider team with uplifts to performance to ensure agreed SLAs are met.
  4. Drive risk practices and operational controls so that they adhere to risk and assurance guidelines.

  1. Proven experience optimising workflows, process management, and systems change to enhance customer experience and operational performance.

  3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Previous experience in Customer Complaints, Collections or financial services is beneficial.
